Erie is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Erie is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I purchased a custom wheelchair for my elderly mother about 18 months ago. Within 4 months the chair needed a few small replacements caps and a minor repair. I was told that there would be a service charge to make the repair ($60). That surprised me since the chair was only 4 months old. After 18 months the seat is sagging and the entire chair feels rickety. I expected more from a speciality store. I just called again requesting the name (brand or company) of where the leg rests were purchased when her chair was designed. Somehow, within the nursing home where my mother lives her leg rests have disappeared. I was trying to replace them with the correct size and style or at minimum, get a picture of what foot rests were purchased. The customer service person told me they didnβt know and could not find out where the legs rests were purchased. I have had enough with Wheelchairs and More. I would recommend that you think twice before purchasing any product from them since their customer service is very poor and they donβt stand behind a product after 4 months

We found out last minute that my father was going to be without his seat elevator wheelchair for a week or more. He is very dependent on his chair and was in a lot of distress over not having it for an extended period of time. Wheelchairs & More acted fast to get my father what he needed. Bobby was such a a joy to work with. His knowledge and kindness was such a relief to my dad and our family. Thank you!

My grandma relies on her power chair like I rely on my iPhone. When her chair needed adjustments, she panicked. Luckily customer service at Wheel chairs and more is above par. They were able to get a technician out and repair the chair within 24 hours. I highly recommend

People that work there were not very friendly or very informative. Took forever for someone who does work there to even acknowledge that we were there. It almost seemed like they were trying to deter my client from looking for a scooter or power chair at the request of their doctor. Asked the same question multiple times almost as if they thought my client was lying. From there overall interactions with us my client decided to leave there and look at other places to get what he needs.
